On Ramp is your gateway into our CrossFit groups. During this 6 session training program you will be introduced to the basic movements of CrossFit preparing you to enter our ongoing group classes. We start with the basics, working on technique and mechanics, and progress towards more technical movements as the sessions go on. There will be a workout at the end of each session which will get progressively more difficult as the course goes on.
On Ramp groups start on the first Monday of each month and are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7a and 3:30p over the course of 2 weeks. Once you have completed On Ramp you will be elidgible to enroll into our CrossFit groups.
