How To Join our CrossFit Classes —

There are a variety of movements that we perform in CrossFit and in the beginning it takes time to execute them properly. We will educate you on what CrossFit is and why we personally think it is a great way to get you healthy and fit.

Bring a Friend Friday

If you have never done a CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) we offer a free trial class on the last friday of the month at 4:30pm, known as “Bring a friend Friday”. This is a great opportunity to try CrossFit before committing to membership. After the class there will be ample time to answer any questions you may have regarding CrossFit.

Signing up for OnRamp

Once you’ve decided that CrossFit is the answer to all your fitness needs you’ll need to sign up for our new athlete introductory class known as OnRamp.  Our OnRamp class is held on the first saturday of the month from 7-9am. The cost of our OnRamp program is only $150 dollars and this includes your first month of membership at Ludington CrossFit. Prior to coming to class you will need to fill out our New Athlete Intake form (link below) as well as read the article entitled “Foundations” by CrossFit’s founder Greg Glassman this will give you the underlying principles of CrossFit.
